Success Stories
"Observing how conflicts in the education sector impact teachers, students, and parents inspired me to join this training. My primary goal was to systematically understand the disagreements that arise in educational settings and create a more peaceful learning environment. Through the modules, I learned that conflict is a consequence of differing opinions and incompatible thoughts between organizations. A crucial takeaway was that while not all conflicts lead to violence, failing to handle them systematically can severely damage educational structures and the community at large. This training has significantly improved my professional confidence by teaching me to analyze workplace problems from multiple perspectives. I now possess the insights needed to prevent disagreements from escalating into violence. I have applied these 'Conflict Response' skills by training students to resolve differences peacefully. Furthermore, I have integrated this knowledge with technical tools to help my colleagues build better teaching environments. I believe Conflict Sensitive Education (CSE) is vital for our educational community, and I am deeply grateful for the practical lessons provided by the MTP program."
