Dr. C. Rodrigo Sáez Muñoz
Secretary General—Director General, Worlddidac
Dr. C. Rodrigo Sáez Muñoz is the Director General and Secretary General of the Worlddidac Association. With a PhD in International Studies from the Graduate Institute in Geneva, and degrees from the U.S. and U.K., he brings deep global insight to education development.
Rodrigo’s career spans international trade, media, and institutional leadership, including serving as a university provost and teaching History and International Relations. His leadership has redefined Worlddidac’s mission, expanding its reach and deepening partnerships with International Organizations to advance SDG 4—quality education for all.
He has strengthened the Association’s presence in key regions, including the U.S. and China, and prioritizes collaboration to support the Global South. Rodrigo views education as the foundation of global progress—a vital force for sustainable, inclusive development. His visionary approach positions Worlddidac as a catalyst for transformative impact in global education.
Maria Hakkarainen
CEO, ROBBO Finland
Maria Hakkarainen is a Finnish entrepreneur and engineer. She graduated from the University of Technology and Design with a degree in engineering and also holds an education in the field of arts, allowing her to combine a technical approach with creative thinking. Since 2007, Maria has been actively engaged in business, successfully implementing projects at the intersection of technology, design, and education. In 2018, she became the head of Robbo Finland—the Finnish branch of the international educational platform ROBBO, which focuses on teaching children and teenagers programming and robotics. Under her leadership, the company has been actively developing STEAM education in Finland and many other countries around the world, introducing innovative solutions into school systems. Maria Hakkarainen is known for her strategic thinking, leadership skills, and dedication to making high-quality technological education accessible to the new generation.
Diana Molenschot-Kloos
Teacher, Trainer and Educational Researcher, Thomas More Hogeschool, Rotterdam
Diana Molenschot-Kloos is a Dutch educator and digital literacy specialist dedicated to fostering inclusive, future-ready education. As a lecturer at Thomas More Hogeschool in Rotterdam, she leads initiatives in the Innovatielab, where she empowers both students and teachers to embrace creativity, technology and hands-on learning. Her work focuses on integrating digital tools and critical thinking into education, preparing learners for the challenges of the 21st century.
In recognition of her impactful contributions, Diana received the 2023 SURF Education Award, celebrating her role in driving educational innovation in the Netherlands. She is a passionate advocate for digital inclusion and lifelong learning, regularly collaborating with schools and communities to make learning accessible and engaging for all ages. Her vision aligns with the mission of the EdHeroes Global Forum: to inspire and connect changemakers who are shaping the future of education.
Yasuo Ninomiya
COO ROBBO JAPAN Co., Ltd
Yasuo Ninomiya is a seasoned international business professional with extensive global experience spanning over 85 countries. Born in 1958, he began his career at Tomen Corporation in 1982, quickly establishing himself as a versatile international trader. His professional journey included significant postings in Russia, South Korea, Middle East, and Europe, where he successfully managed complex business operations.
At Toyota Tsusho Corporation from 2001 to 2016, Ninomiya played pivotal roles in international business development, notably completing Toyota's assembly plant in St. Petersburg and securing a $300M geothermal plant project in Kenya.
In 2016, he founded LLC Office Ninomiya, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. By 2019, he expanded his ventures by establishing ROBBO JAPAN Co., Ltd, a technology education company, which now operates with five franchisees across Japan.
Ninomiya's career reflects a remarkable blend of international trade expertise, strategic business management, and innovative entrepreneurship.
