哈利是世界银行欧洲和中亚首席经济学家办公室的顾问,他的专业是教育经济,尤其是继续教育、需求投资以及政府和社会资本合作。他作为团队负责人,在欧洲、中亚、东亚、太平洋区域以及在Global Unit平台旗下推动教育,负责拉丁美洲项目信贷的管理和分析工作,也是世界银行《和谐的教育成果》数据库负责人之一。该数据库属于《Nature》杂志发表的Human Capital Index。哈利积极研究土著人民生活的社会经济条件,编写与该课题相关的书籍和报告,包括《土著民族:贫穷和发展》(Indigenous Peoples,Poverty and Development,Cambridge出版社)。

Steven has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years, including several years as Microsoft’s Director of Worldwide Education Strategy. A regular speaker at international events, he has a passionate interest in literacy and the role of technology in disadvantaged communities and has delivered a TEDx talk on the subject as well as writing and presenting the documentary feature ‘The First Mile’ (winner of the Gold Award at the Deauville International Film Festival).
Farhannisa Nasution, Expansion Director of EdHeroes, was born in Medan and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. From an early age, she developed a keen interest in culture, literature, education, and writing, leading her to study at the University of Indonesia, where she graduated with a degree in Netherlands Culture and Literature. She also attended junior high school in Malaysia as an exchange student.
With over a decade of experience in broadcasting and journalism, Farhannisa spent seven years as a CNN Indonesia news anchor and journalist, interviewing numerous world leaders and ambassadors. She also serves on the board of the Amir Hood Nasution Foundation, a 35-year-old educational institution in Medan. Under her leadership, the foundation's Riza Playgroup and Kindergarten achieved an "A" accreditation from Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Farhannisa is committed to giving back to society, volunteering with organizations such as the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia for 5 years and Yayasan Puteri Indonesia for 2 years.
